This really makes no sense but I have tested this ad nauseum, and through repetition, it still shows up. I am editing videos in Adobe Premiere elements 3. When the computer is plugged into the travel adapter, the one-hundredth percentage clicks over once every 12 seconds. This change is significant for me and makes no sense. My question is that is there an issue with the logic in either the BIOS or the travel adapter that tells the processor to operate slower? When plugged into the power supply the computer came with, I do not experience this issue. I am rendering a video with constant movement in it, so the argument of encoding a video with frames of no movement making the completion rate appear as completing faster is not valid.
